Draft for layout - first floorThis beautiful foursquare was built in 1918. After some remodeling, the house has four bedrooms on the second floor, and two bathrooms. In the current configuration, the house has 2239 square feet finished, and a total of 3139 overall square feet.

Sometime between 1950 and 1975, a wall in the original kitchen forming part of the Butler's pantry (marked in yellow at left) was removed. At this same time, the service porch east of the kitchen was removed, replaced with the addition that we call "the office".

This house was purchased in 1991 by Troy and Judy Bettinger. The previous owners had allowed the house to be inhabited by four teenage boys with no adult supervision. The house had 27 broken windows, a huge dog flap in the middle of the back door, and a lack of basic maintence. Elbow grease and a lot of love fixed that.
